Installing and running a secure Azure FTP server is an effortless process with GoAnywhere MFT. There is no need to set up IIS, Microsoft clustering, or any other 3rd party solution. Everything you need is included and managed for you:

1. Search for GoAnywhere in the Azure Marketplace
2. Select either Linux or Windows and get the GoAnywhere app for Azure
3. Create your Microsoft Azure virtual machine; GoAnywhere will already be installed for you
   • You can choose to either create your virtual machine manually or by taking a pre-set configuration for Production vs. Dev/Test environments
4. Once your virtual machine is deployed, find the Public IP under the Overview or Networking tabs
5. Launch GoAnywhere's Administrative Interface by navigating to https://(public IP or hostname):8001 in your web browser
   • You will receive a certificate warning until you apply your SSL certificate. This is a normal in your warning in your browser that can be accepted
6. Click Get License once the page loads. Your license to set up your GoAnywhere MFT instance is available in the GoAnywhere Customer Portal. Register for a trial license today
7. Click the Watch this video and Getting Started hyperlinks under the Quick Start section of the Dashboard
8. Set up your trading partner accounts and file transfer processes

The intuitive design and modular feature set allows you to be up and running on Azure in no time. GoAnywhere MFT requires a minimum of 300 MB of disk space (not including user data) and 512 MB of RAM. GoAnywhere MFT can be installed on your choice of Azure supported Windows or Linux operating systems, such as RedHat, CentOS, SUSE, Debian, Ubuntu, and others.
